Hi I'm Suzanne, the word Wholistics reflects a whole-person approach to wellbeing, treating not just symptoms, but the interconnected needs of the body, mind, and soul. I believe true healing happens when balance is restored across all aspects of health, allowing the body’s natural ability to repair and rebalance itself.
I offer a wide range of individually tailored treatments rooted primarily in Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside advanced therapeutic techniques. My services include Musculoskeletal Rebalancing through KORE Therapy, Acupuncture, Chinese Fire Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Multiple Massage Techniques, Light Therapy, Reflexology, Access Bars®, Reiki, all designed to support physical comfort, emotional wellbeing, and overall vitality.
Working with clients of all ages, I address a broad spectrum of concerns, from pain and mobility issues to stress, fatigue, disease and general wellness support. Every treatment plan is carefully adapted to the individual, recognising that no two bodies, or lives are the same.
My path into holistic therapy is deeply personal. After living with a back injury, I received KORE Therapy herself for over 15 years to manage chronic pain. This experience gave her a profound understanding of the importance of maintaining balance within the body and inspired her dedication to helping others find relief, resilience, and renewed wellbeing.
